Our vision
About us
Independent by design. Kenyan by conviction.
We The People Strategy Group is being built as an enduring African strategy institution, not an unofficial arm of any candidate or party.
Our belief
Power should begin with people.
Kenya does not need louder politics. It needs leaders who listen before they speak, prepare before they promise and organise before they ask citizens to believe.
We combine voter intelligence, political strategy, policy, communications and campaign organisation in one disciplined advisory system. Our responsibility is not to promise victory. It is to tell clients the truth, identify the strongest lawful route available, measure whether it is working and change course when the evidence demands it.
Our mission
To help credible leaders and political organisations understand the electorate, make better decisions and build disciplined, ethical campaigns that convert public support into electoral victory and accountable governance.
Our delivery model
Senior attention. Multidisciplinary execution.
One accountable strategic centre. The right specialists for every mandate.
Every WTP engagement is led through one strategic centre accountable for the quality, confidentiality, coordination and measurable delivery of the complete mandate.
According to the assignment, we bring together carefully selected specialists across research, polling, policy, field organisation, communications, data, legal and electoral affairs. This gives clients direct access to senior strategic leadership while matching each stage of the work with the capability it requires.
Clients do not have to coordinate disconnected advisers. Research, strategy, communications, field execution, election readiness and governance support remain aligned around one evidence-led plan.
Leadership
Dennis Guyumba
Founder and Managing Director
Dennis founded We The People Strategy Group on a simple conviction: political ambition should be tested against the needs of citizens and the realities of the electorate before money, messaging and machinery are deployed.
He leads WTP’s strategic direction and client mandates, bringing research, political judgment, campaign organisation and measurable execution into one accountable advisory system. His role is to ensure that every recommendation answers a real decision and that clients receive honest counsel, including when the evidence challenges their assumptions.
His long-term ambition is to build an enduring African political intelligence institution that helps leaders earn public trust before an election and remain accountable to it after victory.
“A serious campaign begins with the humility to understand the country before attempting to lead it.”
What we are building
A serious home for African political intelligence.
WTP is designed to serve candidates, elected leaders, political organisations and public institutions across the full cycle from electoral assessment to governance and reelection.
Protected engagements
Confidentiality requires boundaries.
Conflict screening
WTP does not advise opposing candidates competing for the same office within the same electoral area. Every prospective mandate is screened before confidential discussions begin.
Limited capacity
To protect strategic quality, confidentiality and senior involvement, WTP accepts a limited number of active campaign mandates within each electoral cycle.
Confidential by default
We do not disclose a client relationship, publish campaign work or reuse confidential political intelligence without written authority.
Confidential enquiries
Begin with the right question.
Tell us the office, electoral area and stage you are at. We will recommend the right first engagement.
