The scope follows the electoral area

A ward assessment is not the same assignment as a constituency, county or national assessment. Electorate size, geographic spread, research depth, travel, language, data availability and campaign maturity affect the work required.

WTP’s Path to Victory Assessment starts from US$500 for ward-level work, US$1,250 for a constituency, US$2,000 for county legislative offices and US$4,000 for a governor-level assessment. Final pricing depends on scope; polling and third-party costs are separate.

What the assessment should answer

The value is not a generic report. The assessment should make a political decision clearer.

  • Is there a credible route to the required vote target?
  • Where is support strong, weak or persuadable?
  • Which opponents and nomination dynamics matter most?
  • What positioning, organisation and resources would the route require?
  • Should the candidate proceed, pause or redesign the plan?

Compare the cost with the cost of guessing

Campaigns often spend more on one event or a short print run than on establishing whether the strategy is sound. Early evidence cannot guarantee victory, but it can prevent months of unfocused activity.

A useful proposal should state the questions, method, deliverables, limitations, confidentiality terms and any separate field costs before work begins.
